Women empowerment = bullshit. True equal rights and responsibilities: the actual way to go. Sadly, the Media and most people always listen to those who yell the loudest.

They dont need to be empowered though, they already have way more privileges than men (in the west). This reminds me of a big company in Sweden that recently on the international womens day said in the news that 70% of their employees are women, 65% of their leaders are women. 70% of their long term employees are women. And there is equal pay. But they said 'there's still a lot to do to improve womens situation in the company'. What kind of logic is that? Its not about equality, its about greed. Its like with race. 100% somalian = very diverse. 100% german = racist and horrible. 100% women = equality. 100% men = misogyni. 70% women 30% men = "omg we need to do more to get more women".
